Like the large open store, ease of navigation through the aisles and relatively fewer people. I have been shopping here for years and has been my favorite grocery store to shop at. This week was the first time I had a very souring experience going through the cashier's lane. Very snappy, rude, uncaring cashier made me feel very uneasy and totally unwelcome. It ruined what has been a pleasant shopping experience. It's going to make me very uncomfortable going through this store now and looking to changing stores.

This Star Market store is terrible. I bought a tent from here and did not even open the package. When I tried to return this evening, the store evening manager said it is a "seasonal" item and cannot be returned. They claimed this is the store policy, but refused to provide any proof. And, they did not provide any such information when I purchased the tent. When I asked the policy further, the evening manager said I have to come back tomorrow to speak with another store manager. This store has no respect to their customers. Will never buy anything from it again!

Store has everything I need. Prices are just ok. Only drawback is that the store is way too big. It’s massive. It is clean and well organized though. I think I just prefer a smaller grocery store

It’s my local star market I’m there all the time. Great place for the community. There is just a women who works at the deli who isn’t very nice. She got two complaints within a half hour from each other. Everyone has bad days but to yell at me from across the store because I had a question for different employee was out of line. The way me and the other employee was treated was embarrassing uncomfortable n just wrong. Don’t want her to fired But she definitely needs to be retrained on how to work with the Public. Or not work with the public. Period!

ForU coupons hardly ever work when you get to the check out register. The employees hate it. The customers hate it. Not worth the agrivation. I try to avoid shopping at Star whenever possible .

Well this was an alright store for me until I bought items that were on the shelf yet expired for months 🤮🤮🤮 This type of service isn't right. I don't deserve this. I ate the expired food. If I get food poisoning then I guess there's going to be a lawsuit against star market. Completely disgusted with this experience 🤦‍♀️

Just as pleasant as any other star market, i love how the place is so clean, food is fresh, everything is so neatly organized and well managed. The place has all your needs from asian cuisine, to indian to carribean, etc. I never noticed that bread comes in a can... 😅🤣 …

October 19 Thursday evening had an unpleasant experience. Evening manager or supervisor absolutely no customer service skills. Dismissive and Rude. Reported to manager today but was not convinced that he was committed to good customer service as well. Last time shopping in Dedham Star Market.
